Refunds and Champion Changes

Being that I am an ARAM (summoner rift is so damned slow and boring that I'd rather just sit at base for 15 minutes than watch advanced Pong being played) player, with fundamental changes being made to champions (which make me loathe to play them to the point that I just no longer care to try), will there ever be additional refunds being given out to remove these from our list, or will it just be easier to start creating new accounts to ditch the champions that are suddenly hated?
