Has anyone else notice Vel'Koz's ult not casting?
I've noticed that when going through my combo (E>W>Q>R) my ult will not cast. It happened occasionally in the past but recently I've noticed it happening almost everytime i combo with patch.

i havnt changed the way i play or anything. i have no idea why its happening
Crossette1 votesI would suggest going into a custom and throwing around some spells at a bot to see if it occurs often. Also, do you use quickcast? (I never do or have)

Br4ndon1 votesI didnt double tap R. otherwise it would be on cooldown. It happens every time i try to combo. I can replicate this on command. I use my combo minus my ult then wait about half a second before i realize my ult hasnt gone off
