First off, love the game. I love that you push champions out consistently that I buy and enjoy. I love the balance changes usually and the nice new map. However, I've noticed what seems to be (to me anyways) kind of a balance issue in the jungle. Pantheon is the culprit. He can SOLO dragon at level 3...and personally I think that can be kind of unfair or make people feel obligated to play him for that particular advantage. Was this intended? Will it be fixed? I just recently got into jungle but don't really feel like being a Panth main tbh, so I was just curious :p

Have you seen ww jg yet... this whole new jg is uber broken atm, nobodys NOT going to play an op jungler cuz they know everyone else is going to play an op jg. (sorry if that somewhat sounds confusing...)

Yes, as far as I know right now WW jungle is the strongest...but I was mainly concerned about people maybe feeling forced to play Panth specifically because of this drake issue, which I'm sure WW can't do. =/

Warwick has been able to drag early even before this new update, (round lvl 5 or 6) but yeah this panth thing is pretty crazy, but the chances of not getting caught while doing it is slim, keep your drag warded at all times.
