I am so tired of champions like Quinn, Tryndamere, Olaf, etc. using this as a first item and then running you down and stomping you over and over This item makes the game so unfun, there is even a video of Tarzaned doing baron solo at 21 minutes as Olaf because of sanguine blade.

maybe make it more of a dead item if the conditions aren't met so that the enemy team can actively choose to make your day bad
