My game crushed and now I have to wait 20 minutes x5

I wanted to play solo-q because no one of my friends were playing at that moment . I selected Jinx , with no support because this is the blind pick , i locked in , the loading screen started and my game crushed . After 4 minutes of reparing , I was going to reconnect , but I saw that my team remade the game and I got another present for X-mas , a leave buster . I DON'T THINK IT IS RIGHT , I DIDN'T DID ANYTHING BAD , LIKE ABANDONING , AND STILL GOT A LEAVE BUSTER ?

2 things to note here:

  1. You won't get LeaverBuster from 1 time being unable to connect.
  2. RIOT has stated that it's your fault if you can't connect and you have to deal with the consequences.
