Action against the Afks

Is riot going to take anymore action against the afk or rage quiting players ive games and most importantly promo games i love playing league and i play this game as its meant to be as a team but if you have an afk you cant play mostly because the team opposing you has more kill potential and some times more engaged and mainly the advantage over you knowing that they can easily win a team fight when they group as 5 i play adc in silver elo and want to climb to higher elos but its relatively difficult to climb when you dont have a team to play with ik you win some and you lose some but its hard to justify that loss when its a 4v5

What more do you want them to do? Afk people already get banned instantly because of leave buster, and get thrown in low priority queue. The remake feature helps early afk players. Nothing else can be added that won't be exploited. Here's the simple truth, if you don't afk ever, that means the enemy team has a higher chance to get that player. Just remember that you get wins because of afks, not just loses. You just don't remember the wins because you feel you deserve it.
