Kill Count Greed Needs Severely Punished

This is freaking ridiculous. Can't even play effectively because the enemy is constantly worried about a kill count. I can't play like that. This is not a frag game.

This is a problem in all game modes. Not just URF. Urf is kinda meant for it anyway.
