And that's exactly why Riot can't do that. Riot doesn't want to make getting lots of vision on all their members mandatory, Regardless of the fact that it's mandatory on a support. And riot can't actually buff vision, without making it that level of mandatory.
The support can just take either Cinder or Runeglaive.
