what do you mean "not sure how to join a rank" you mean like, don't know how the ranked system works?

MS means movement speed, CS is creep score which is the number of minions you lasthit.

getting an S and an S+ is kinda hard if you aren't active enough, to get these. you will need literally every kill participation you can get and a really high cs, also you will need to get objectives and roam a lot..

any other thing i can help with?

ahhh, thank you so much. i was just confused on how to like join a ranked game and stuff, but apparently i need 20 characters or more to unlock it so yeah.

thanks for explaining what they mean - ive been confused for so long lol. im really trying to get and S or S+ on Xin Zhao so that i can get a level seven mastery on him, so ill keep in mind about what you said and try to to that!!! also, one last thing..

how can you get an S or S+ on support characters and such? are you supposed to get a high amount of assists and damage or?

but other than that, thank you so much, i really appreciate it :)

you have 20 champs that u own? U don't, then you can't play ranked. You can check by hovering over the ranked below normal when you selecting a game mode/map(Summoner's Rift)

If you are still playing normal, you are always a noob. Even if you can beat the crap out of normal, ranked is different. cause there is cancer. purely developed and grown to beyond imagination.(This is stating there is a lot more to this game than you think)

To get S or S+ rank:

-None to little deaths(likely, it's don't hit 5. maybe 4 also. it might depend on your KP)

-(KP)High Kill participation(50%-100%) 50 might be low, so I'll mention it should probably be 60. Basically, your kills and assists divided by your team's total kills.

-Putting down wards to get higher vision score(if you sticking with just yellow wards, put one down before you have 2 wards in that slot. just put them in the bush) It's important.

-A ton of damage to objectives like drakes, herald, and baron(you might need some dmg on towers and might want to take one down. might help but not sure)

-60% accurate CS(the higher, the better. but it is mainly you get whenever you are up)

Also, learn about runes and setting up a rune page. That would help you out.

and it would be good to state what you know how the game works, so we know what you don't know.

wow!!! you wrote so much, thank you! i own about 11 champions and working on getting 20. its hard because im pretty sure depending on the character, there's different ways to get an S or S+?? i have a friend who mains in caitlyn and she gets a lot of kills and assists and is working to get to level 6 ( she's level 5 ) but she hasn't been getting an S?? same for Xin Zhao - sometimes I get a ton of kills and stuff but dont get an ace or an S or something. lmao im so desperate for a level seven on him but :(( i just needed some help on basic vocabulary and how to get an S and S+ on my champions so i can master them, haha.

anyways, thank you so much!!! you wrote more than what i needed and actually learned some more stuff, i appreciate it a lot :)

no, you do all of those things to get the S rank. they aren't separate things. Sorry if it seem to look like different ways to get an S rank.

You need good CS, good KP, good vision score, good dmg to objectives(like helping your team destroy them), and none to little death. This apply to every role but for support(since they don't CS and some don't do a lot of dmg, but they do to everything else)

Basically, you go to your match history, click on a match, view your stats. It might help you see what you might be missing.

blue(pink?) trinket, sweeper, control ward, zoning, trading, KS, wave managament(slow pushing, fast pushing, split pushing), cheese, mirco, macro, and 7 million timings. learn them later

also MR, AS, AD, AP, grievous wounds, and more. see if u tell any of these.

so CS meaning creep score or critical strike? and yeah, i understand. i just played a game where i got a shit ton of minion kills, 10 kills, 2 deaths, a few towers destroyed and a baron and i got an ace but i got a B+?????? i feel like getting an S or S+ is going to be so freaking impossible because ive been trying forever and im sooooo desperate for a level seven on Xin Zhao :(((((

wow.. this game is super complicated LoL. i wanna ask what MR and AS and AD and AP and wave management mean but i feel like im asking too much. anyways, thank you for the advice, ill go back and review my stats. i appreciate the help :)

CS is probably creep score and you call critical strike "crit"

So, these probably affected your rank in that game. KP is 36%(15/42). Probably needs to be higher. Would say above 50%, but can't be sure.

CS is 122/300(I'm using 100 cs per 10 minutes, this apply to top/mid/bot lane, but I don't know the actual point when the game gives it to you) I'll say 55%-70% is near the starting point for maybe S or S- for CS section, but I don't know.

Warding might have also killed your rank, but I don't know if it was on you.

Not sure if taking the credit for the tower being destroyed will help. Same for inhibitors.

AD=attack damage AP=ability power MR=magic resist Learn which champs are AD/AP, then there is times where you would want to build armor/magic resist to counter some dmg xin Zhao is AD, ekko is AP, there are some who does both. AS=attack speed

wave management is pretty hard to explain, but you might want to hold off on it until you get at least better at last-hitting minions for a better CS. You can try to look up videos on it where pros explain them. Plus people who play normal, most of them don't use it. But I won't explain it(cause I can't)

(But at the same time, wave management helps with your CS a bit.

You can try this, go to a custom game, which is different from bot and normal games, 1.lock your level and maybe buy a starting item(doran blade, doran's ring, doran's shield), 2.go to a lane where you play Xin Zhao, and 3.last hit minions with auto attacks(no abilities) from that lane up to the 10 minute mark and see how much you can get. Also, you can't recall back for items and use the teleport(or anything that helps you get to lane quicker. like the revive. Hopefully, you don't find some loophole to give a higher CS or do something wrong if u want to do this) )

Last-hitting is hitting a minion once to kill the minion before it dies so you get the gold and +1 CS. Forgot how much cannons gives. it might be 1 or 2.

Another tip: You don't always have to kill the minions as fast as you can. But you still need to last hit it in order to get gold and the increase in CS. I won't explain this.

How often you check your map?

yoooongii1 votes

sorry I didnt reply sooner, but I pretty much always check my map. I followed what you said and im managing to get S's pretty fast. Already got one a while ago so Im one more S away till a level seven for two of my champs !!!! But anyways, thank you for the help. You told me so much things, I really appreciate it !!!1
