With grasp over growth and demolish runes added with roa liandrys and rylias could he effectively be a app bruiser/ tower pusher in top this preseason?

no because he doesnt have any sustain, escape isnt reliable, needs cdr, and is weak to all-ins in a longer lane. As a top laner, he has weak TP ganks. He isnt tanky even with health. He wouldnt be able to split vs actual split pushers like trynd, jax, fiora. You'd just have to group with a weaker build

I don't think so. He could go secondary into Grasp for Demolish if he wanted, but I don't think Ziggs has changed much as far as where he is played (Middle, sometimes Bottom Lane).

I see what you mean but im not talking about blind picking Ziggs I mean more of a fourth or fifth pick after you seeyour lane oppenent
