Introduce True Healing to Certain Champs
Champs should be rewarded for telegraphed healing. Kayn-R/Darius/Illaoi/Ekko(?)/Fiora(?) shouldn't be hindered by GW. Defeats the purpose of making them telegraphed.

An effect introduced as counterplay to healing should not then have something that completely invalidates it introduced thereafter.
Yea illaoi who can already be hard to deal with already even with GW totally seems balanced Or darius who can mow down teams with his damage alone lets just let him get unhindered healing because you can "see" where the danger zone is
