AP or AD Eve?
Which one works better? Also, what kind of standard build works best on her?

AD on-hit eve is my favorite. Here is my build from my last game with eve:
You can go either pretty easily. AD evelyn can be a more effective tank/bruiser than AP evelyn. AP evelyn can use runeglaive to make all her abilities magic damage type. Both AD and AP evelyn can be built on hit type.
Runeglaive is more practical in teamfights and ganks, but AD-on hit is pretty decent for split pushing.
If you see 4-5 squishies on the enemy team, and plan to go Assassin, Does Ap Assassin work better?
