Revert the changes to Swain.

As someone who played swain alot before the update, i feel it has entirely broken this champ and made what used to be my most favorite champion, entirely unplayable in ranked play. You might as well pick any other top laner because they're just all about better at this point. Swain was way better before these updates. Sure he didnt have a massive amount of wave clear or really any until level 6 but it wasnt much of an issue. I won my lane 9 times out of 10 even against some of the harder top champions. you just needed to learn when to channel the ult on/off and last hit. last but not least, swain is no longer fun to play. His q is worthless for anything but minions now as anyone who has played for more than 5min will just walk out of it taking hardly any damage and its extremely unsatisfying to cast , also his ult is completely useless in team fights and even more so in 1v1s with the nerf to the crows. Overall i feel these changes hurt the champion way more than help with his (arguably) poor CS.
