Dominion Taken Over By Bots

I recently played quite a few Dominion matches where either summoners on my team, or the enemy's team were "bots". They walk around going to capture the objectives, and end up standing there half of the time. If you engage them most of the time they keep walking, or they have a very delayed reaction to attack you. If the enemy team is full of actual players your team gets completely stomped, or vice versa. Hopefully Rito can do something about it because there's either no challenge, or it is very difficult to play Dominion. Has anyone else had this issue? O.o
