Reward (BE/XP) System Breakdown

Says here: ""New daily play rewards - Day 1 = Marksman champion + XP boost (3-day) + Hextech Chest""

I just made a new account, got my free marksman, got my free hextech chest but never got any free XP boost. Is the Boost inside the hextech chest or something?
