I think RIOT should make surrender vote available only once for one player. The main thing of this change is to expel "one player surrender vote spam". I mean, everybody here had seen a player in their team who's spams it a lot, don't you agree?

because he wouldnt ward his own jungle from the enemy 
and threaten to afk 5 min into the game because we as a team were abandoning our lanes to go chase all over the map. we told him to ward and ect , and when we had a chance to respond we did. then the adc got into with him then he goes open mid sales his items runs down mid feeding telling the enemy 
to get a 
and he will give her 20 stacks then i tried to ff top and adc voted no so mid afk , then there was 4 of us and the jungler proceeding to troll and feed and him and adc arguing i just wanted to end the game and move on i didnt want be in the game for 40 mins with this amount of bs, so now with 4 of us i tired to ff again and top and adc voted no said they wouldnt ff and give into the troll or feed the troll that he has to suffer and deal with the game. I WAS THE ONE SUFFERING. so game finally ended about 41 mins in and our jungler went 2-14-1 i had to report all 4 people.
i should have the right to try to surrender and get out of a lost or bad game. its not worth playing out for another 30 mins when i can end it and go to a new game or do something else.
