So when I have poro icon from event and play normal ARAM my mark spell is replaced by two visible poros. And there's my question - enemies now when my mark spell is on CD? They see when I don't have little poro next to big one ?

RiotRiot Stephiroth1 votesWe added this as a nice feature for players who want to use the Poro Skins, especially the new ones you get via Missions, since Poro King won't be up for the entire patch. ^^;
There is a slight gameplay implication but we were okay with it.
