When will zilean get a visual update/rework?

Zilean main here.

I think his look is very outdated, compared to the new champs it feels like he's some sort of deleted champion that somehow got its way back to the rift. He should get some kind of attention.

his kit is actually striong and still fits well into current league but i do think he could be pushed into more of a time champion rather than bomber man with CC

I dont think he will get one for a very long time though

I agree, but your title says rework and that would be an entire gameplay change. Visual update is the correct term for what you want.

He doesn't need a rework, but I'd highly welcome a visual update, his skins are all ugly as sin

He had a rework in 2015 that has held up fairly well.
