Riven Q should get a QoL change

Yes, I know. Giving riven a Quality of LIFE change sounds...the opposite of life, but With the coming buffs to some of her stronger counters, it may be in order. Riven's Q should be changed to go in the direction of the cursor outside of combat (When it is NOT hovering over enemy units), instead of going in the direction she is facing. Much like how Nidalee's Couger-form W was changed to do this same thing. This would make her just a tad easier to wall-hop with and use her mini-dashes to dodge enemy abilities without having to spamclick to get into the correct position/direction while still letting her use the on-target Q to animation-cancel for faster auto attacks. Just an idea.
