Feel like riot lying

Now that player have clan tag it easy to spot the premade. Well at least a part of them playing in the same clan. Riot told us the % of solo player matched with or vs premade was low but I dont feel it right. Almost every game I play I can see 1-2 duo in my team or the other team. Anyone else feel the same way?
