Why are we being graded in our champions compared to other people that play that champ. Why can't we be graded on our own level of skill and not be compared to anyone else. please fix this riot it isn't fair if someone else goes a good score and you get the same score but don't get an S at least.
SrbLud1 votesThey used it to see how we play with each champion. Then based on all the good the bad and the ugly players out there they measured where every grade should be set on each champion. So basically every champion has something that could be best described as champion ELO. Based on how well you play that champion you climb that set "ELO" and earn the grade based on which percentile you hit.
If they didn't use our data then they would have to set every champion to same standards ( which is unbalanced since they scale differently and have different roles ),or manually set it up and determine based on no data. So the percentile system is acctually the most balanced option.
