A good morale within your team starts with you. Crack a joke in champ select, be supportive and compliment plays, all of that, without overdoing it and being obnoxious about it, and I can guarantee you your games will feel much better.

So what you do is make friends with people who play as well as you and use discord or curse like I do so, you can communicate with them better you may not win every game but you'll win a lot more. If your playing solo/duo ranked you only need one other person. you can both carry even in bronze its possible. Hmu my summoner name is JDMonster
you don't need to communicate to climb in soloQ.You only need to pay more attention about your enemy's mistake instead of your teamates, and be more concentrated about the minimap than the chat. long story short,mute everyone, git gud.
It's not hard. You will always end up winning or losing about 50% of your games, unless you are top elo ou in the lower elos.
You don't need your team to work together if you are paying attention and punishing enemy mistakes/rotations
