Ranked Conspiracy?

So I have a tiny conspiracy that I've been thinking of. For the last two seasons I've hovered around low-mid plat and by the end of preseason I was plat 1 with D5 MMR, which I'm happy with. But since the new season started I've had the most toxic teammates and they seem to all be feeding. I'm normally not one to point fingers, but i've been consistently getting top/mid laners who die between 6-8 times in lane. I mainly play ADC and I used to be able to solo carry. But I've lost so many games and my MMR is sooooo bad. I currently have silver 1 mmr and around a 39% winrate over 85~ games.

My conspiracy is that riot is matching honor levels with teams so that low honor levels are matched with other toxic players. Last season I had one small mute that dropped me to level 1 honor and I've been there since. I'm super cautious about being toxic in ranked now but my honor hasnt gone up, im at checkpoint 2 of 3 but I never see any of the new flairs on my team, maybe its because everybody got reset so everyone is at honor level 2 still? But my teams seem super toxic and I can't seem to climb at all!

I copied my op.gg in the link so you can look at all the match historys, but I find it hard to believe i'm that unlucky, and i know some games are my fault but I hardly ever feed. So I think riot is putting honor levels with the same rank. So toxic players in a sense are matched with each other and bring each other down.

hmmmmmmmm......... anybody else experiencing something similar?
