Loss of league points although i won ?

I got disconnected in the beggining of a game due to LoL not working (it was saying i had no internet connection while everything worked perfectly so i had to restart my computer), then we won this game (i was even 2/0/4) but somehow i lost 15 league points (if i remember correctly). Is that a bug or you can really lose point although you win ?
