Baron Buff = Twitch Nerf

Due to how hard it is to crack open an enemy base without Baron buff, Twitch has actually been in a decent spot recently. With the extended game times, Twitch was able to scale further than he used to. Even if your team was being stomped, it still took time for the enemy team to close out the game, giving Twitch time to farm the waves and ramp up in power.

However, with Baron so much weaker, games will be much easier to close. It will be next to impossible to keep those baron'd minions from knocking down your inhib turrets, and swarming your base.

Without the extended game-length, Twitch is going to have an immensely harder time. With no early game stats, and very little mid-game power compared to other marksmen, I can only forecast Twitch's strength/winrate falling even lower than it already is.
