HELP ME PLEASE!!!! I CANT PLAY!!!!

I am stuck at the recconection screen when i start a game ... this is been happening for a month now i cant play this game because of this reason. Ive tried reinstalling everything wiping my comp settings and NOTHING. I have a good gaming setup 1200$ pc ... this didnt happen when i used a labtop why is it happening now.

This happens sometimes there is a uhhhhh folder you have to delete in your League program files but I can't remember what it is tbh.

So there is a fix to it... Damn can somone please tell me what the file is ... should i erase my cache?
