Is Azir playable?

yea , he is just the hardest champion to play . very very strong if you know how to play him

Yes.

Once you get used to his playstyle and go for the right build he can be strong, when behind he offers peel for his carries with his ult, catching potential, and long range waveclear to prevent sieges. When he's ahead, he offers a LOT of damage. Think of him as Kog'maw, once the game reaches a certain time limit the game is just over and he wins. He's great at taking towers since he has wavevclear and attack speed from his W even if you don't put attack speed into your build. The only downside is his early game, which isn't that bad since you have waveclear, it's hard for you to lose your tower unless the enemy is grouping like 3 or 4 mid.

Any champion is playable as long as you know what you're doing. But if you're picking up Azir with no past experience he'll definitely be difficult to navigate especially during the early phases of his laning.

But overall Azir is kind of not in an ideal state due to taking repeated nerfs, he can still be well if you take time to learn him though

Hard to play. If you want to be good at him you have to take him seriously, practice attack moving, csing perfectly with him. know his combos and be ready to feed (at first). But once you get the hang of him it's like riding a bike and you carry with ease. His winrate is low cause most people give up before that point. When you get the hang of him, his pre 6 laning phase is probably one of the most oppressive in the game. Just constant ranged poke while you're free to move dodging everything (cause you can attack move ) as soon as someone dashes to you'll be ulting them into tower like the insects they are and sending your soliders to finish them off cause you're emperor who doesn't need to get his hands dirty.
