Please reduce ban times

The new champ select system is pretty awesome in my opinion, well done riot. My one complaint is that the pick and ban times are absurd for the amount of dodges this game faces. In just one day there have been 3 instances where it took 30+ minutes just to enter a game. To get to final picks (which is where most dodges happen) it is a 11.25 min process, add in 1-3 dodges and your looking at not even being able to play if you only had time for a game or two. If you're in champ select you should be paying attention, and if you're paying attention then 20 seconds should be plenty of time for all of the phases, especially the bans... possibly 25-30 for the champ select. Another option for champ select could have the first picks starting at 15-20 seconds and scaling upward as you go down the list to give the bottom half more time to fill out a proper team comp.
