A friend of mine has been playing Garen now for a few days, and I never realized how strong he is until i has against it. After Garen gets a warmog's, he can easily regen over 100 hp per second and still be able to dish out enough damage to win trades. My friend was saying the other day that he got his health regen to 250 hp/s... That outclasses Soraka, Sona, Mundo, Aatrox, etc who are meant to have insane regen. Please explain why this is allowed :(
Because Garen's health regen cuts out entirely in combat. His passive and Warmogs both require being out of combat for at least 8 seconds to work, meaning in fights he isn't regening at all, unlike every other healing or regen character.
it scales with level. it really only sets in at level 16.
also warmorgs is shit on him for multiple reasons. one of them being, why would you invest that much gold into a passive you already have a better version of?
