Problems with the current state of s8

So I know riot worked hard on the new runes and masteries but I feel like it has had a huge negative impact on certain champions, with champions much depending on certain runes like Draven relied on fervor of battle for his all in playstyle/kit, but it also made allot of unviable champions allot better (aatrox for example works really well with fleet footwork) Late game champions don't get their moments to shine since most games end at 20-25 minutes allot more (recent baron buffs don't help :/) . These are things I want riot to really look at, and pls riot, don't we have enough three hit abilities? (I'm looking at u Press the attack)
