Auto fill = Auto loss

Riot making it even harder to climb with autofill, especially as an adc main, when you get the supports who are auto-filled they have no idea what they are doing. It makes it essentially a 3v5. Riot is too worried about making money instead of careing about their players. I used to spend quite a bit of money on this game because I enjoyed it and I like the adc role, but now I am not garunteed to get adc, and if I do I am more than likely laning with someone who either doesnt know what he is doing or has given up already because he was autofilled into a role he doesnt want to play. Whatever happened to quality of quanity? I'd rather play one game a day, with a 5-6 hour queue than have auto-fill as a feature, I also prefer to be able to only select one role, but I guess being able to enjoy a game you want is asking too much.

All these kids crying about autofill... back in my day, you played every role 'cause you didn't pick two roles before going in. You had your preferred role, but you could play all of them -- and then we had fill mains.

Objection: you weren't guaranteed to get ADC in any season. You either had to pick two roles or had to be OK at any role.

Objection: you're equally likely to be playing against someone in the same boat. Actually, you're more likely to be against someone in that boat, since it's possible their ADC didn't want to ADC either.

The main problem are the kids who get autofilled and then either troll (by picking fcking zed support because they wanted to go mid as zed or playing champions which need quite some skill like thresh and have no idea what they're doing) or don't even try to win the lane and stand the whole laning phase behind you and you're literally trying to win 1v2 at bot.

I am getting really tired of people who cannot play more than 1 champion in 1 lane, learn to play the entire game or don't bother playing.

It's because people refuse to learn the entire game and get tunnel vision on their 1 trick ponies that this is becoming so devastating.

If people want this to be a sport then the easiest aspect for reference would be baseball.

That's like saying you're only here to hit the ball and run bases, when it comes time to play on the field you refuse to do anything but hit the base ball. You won't play left/right/center field, you wouldn't do 3rd baseman or pitcher. Just here to be the guy who hits the ball and that's it.

In the end you make yourself worse through the role/lane isolation, you learn more when you play other lanes outside of your safe zone.

okay.. how about basketball, football, or anyother sport that actually takes athletic ability where the person only plays one role. Or how about the profession LCS for league where each player is only allowed to play the role that their team registered for? your argument is invalid and absolutey ridiculous. stfu and get of my post.

I am maining support this season, but at least half the games I lose I get somebody raging at me for being an "autofilled troll" even though I've played about 150 games of support in a row.
