Dont nerf Devourer

Listen i know people hate on devourer champions about being "op" but this is going to cause a major shift in power. a extra 5 stacks will take forever to stack because it can already take over 2/3 of the game to get to sated. Honestly the problem isn't devourer it is rageblade. This either shouldnt hit twice with sated or only stack stack on champions. Or if stacked on minons then only does damage to minions until a champion hits another champion keeping the attack speed and ad/ap buffs until 8 stacks causing splash damage on champions. Many devourer junglers that dont use rageblade are fine and are getting a nerf due to the fact people are wining about a fed jax jungle in their bronze game.

It's getting changed due to Rift Herald no?
They told us when Herald was introduced that they might do this if the enemy team was having a hard time denying stacks.

I think that Devourer (and Feral Flare, and all the items that preceded it) have always been problematic: once completed/stacked, they're objectively far, far stronger than the other jungle items, which they pay for by having a longer completion process. Honestly, though, I wish that we could do away with champions/items whose main counter is 'you should've ended twenty minutes ago' (Ryze, Devourer, Kog'Maw, etc.); they're not fun for anyone. Either the enemy capitalizes on their weaker early games and there's nothing they can do to keep from losing, or they fail to do so and there's nothing they can do to stop them from steamrolling everything.

For some reason an item that just gives some on hit damage and attack speed isn't enough. For some reason they need to add some ridiculous mechanic to make it broken. Whether endless scaling feral flare or the passive on Devourer, it's dumb. None of the other items get those.
