Do me a solid Riot?

So, I've been playing for awhile now. Not that that is any inclination for you to even do anything.

I've been trying my hardest to get Riot Blitzcrank for the better half of two and a half years. I've spent a good chunk of money myself, and my friend has spent quite a bit gifting me as well. I only get basically any other skin.

Today is my birthday, so he gifted some skins to me, in hopes that I might get RB. I didn't of course, but here's where basically every form in the universe gave me the middle finger.

I bet him that if he gifted me some RP, and I myst gifted him, he'd get riot blitz. Yep. He got it. I gifted him riot blitz AND kayle. On MY birthday.

So, i'm at my wits end right now. I know a riot employee probably won't even read this, and even if they did, they probably wouldn't do anything. But on the off chance someone does, you'd really make my day/week/year if I could get riot blitz finally.
