OVER BUFFED FIORA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So you guys went ahead and ruined top lane again. you guys claim with fio's E buff "giving Fiora more strength to capitalize on momentum she gets from LEAD in lane" well my jung and i crushed fio early i had 3 kills on her and an full item (triforce) yet she could still 1 v 1 me easily keyword there is "easily" she int'ed and won because you guys gave her a unnecessary buff. she went 11/12/7 and carried her team....????????? 11/12/7 does not look like a score that should be carrying a team. I don't understand your balance teams logic. does fio really need a 90% attack speed bonus on her E? along with the cooldown being lower? if so then what is the counter play? please tell me. you guys cuck yi even though hes already a crappy useless champ. and give a already oppressive laner like fio a overbuff? you guys pick the champs you want played and dont do anything to actually try to balance the lanes. you know how annoying it is to only see in the top lane almost every game? so thats the game huh??? play whats overbuffed only. so then take out 130 champs and just put in 3 for each role. if thats how you guys want the game played.
