from primary to second screen

Hello,

the problem is when i play LoL on the primary screen and i want to look something on the internet or change music or something like that on second screen, LoL doesn't allow me to go of the gameplay screen. when i go out of the area the moue glitches back in. windowed or borderless mode doesn't help. someone that knows the answer to this problem???
