Dear Riot, I would like to ask whether Lissandra is going to get some attention and love in the following patches. She seems to be in a really weak and stale state right now, mainly because of her passive ability which renders her early mana sustain inconsistable. As a Lissandra main, I would love to see her get some glory injected into her kit so that she can get a bit of the meta spotlight again. With Kind Regards, Paris the Dark.

You should visit the Dev Corner. They are currently testing Lissandra changes (likely a new passive, too) and they will be posting informations about them(wednesday or friday). Good news for Lissandra players.
