I bought the Battle Academia Lux Prestige Edition with 2000TRIALS 2019 TOKEN on the client side. But I found that I didn't get this skin, and my 2000TRIALS 2019 TOKEN was gone. I bought this skin before I bought lux. Does anybody know what happened or how can I get my skin？****
