Shaco getting a little leg up?

Shaco can be a really fun champion to play. You're doing so well through silver and gold. Why do people think he's underpowered?

All of a sudden you are at high gold/plat/diamond and you just can't play Shaco anymore. People counter him so well. And what's more is that ANY champion can counter Shaco. You don't even need to play Lee Sin or Twisted Fate anymore! Isn't it great? How can everyone do this?

For just 250 gold you can buy a upgraded trinket that activate for an oracle. That's right! Now everyone can have oracles for just 250 gold. But wait, this item doesn't expire? Surely it would! Nope, you can keep getting it off cool-down and totally demolish Shaco every time he uses his defining ability.

Jokes aside. I don't want to make Shaco OP. I want to make him viable to play competitively like most champions. I agree he is already at this point, until the opposing team is at a level they know all they need to do is spend 250 gold to kill Shaco. It's literally that easy. I main him, and I have around a 70% win rate through silver and gold. But once I hit plat then he's almost unplayable when they have oracles. I can do just fine if I switch it up to other champions, so it's not so much a matter of skill.(Although I'm not a very skilled player to be fair) When I play against Shaco it's all too easy. Buy an oracle and it's a kill every time I see him.

So I'm just asking the community, just as a question, I'm not trying to get anything implemented. Do you think it'd be better if ONE of two things were true to help Shaco:

1. Oracle were 400 gold, little more expensive so not every one can pick one up without a second thought to the price.

2. Shaco could not be seen by an oracle. BUT he could be seen by it's initial radar if within it's radius. So people could still use the oracle trinket to see him briefly, but couldn't FLAT OUT defeat the purpose of his Q, his defining move. That the red trinket that could see him, pink wards(also from yellow trinket), and champions like Lee Sin. The difference is he would only be seen by a finite radius and champions with special abilities. You can't just see him no matter what he does.

So I'm not saying Shaco is underpowered at all. I think that unlike other champions that by using certain tactics to counter them, you can demolish the entire point of being Shaco with just 250 gold.

I prefer option two because the other would change the entire game. The second would be a small tweak and it'd make it so you could actually play Shaco.
