Has anyone suggested Darius's Q to only proc Heal on 1 or 2 Champions instead of all of them?

Anyone else suggested this idea? I feel like this would give Darius his 1v1 strength but reduce that chasing Tri-Force, Swiftness boots, Phage proc Darius who can take a few steps to reposition then land 1 Q to restore mostly all his HP back because the team are trying their best to kill him before he can Q.

I know there are many other ways to deal with him but for average players they really don't know what to do against Darius.

He can only proc his Q heal on 3 enemy champions at once, not all of them. It used to be two, but it was increased to 3 as a way to nerf him in most situations. I think the heal is honestly pretty good as it is. Small reliability and damage nerfs are probably better options if he's still too strong.

Thank you for clarifying how his Q heal works, visually it always looked like it had no limit since in team fights you can't exactly tell who healed him in your team so I assumed it was everyone who was in it.

Darius heals for 12% missing health for each enemy champion hit by Decimate's blade, up to a maximum of 36% missing health.

^this also his Q nerf already nerfed his reliability enough, if they had to nerf him again they should nerf the base damage of his Q a tiny bit

Darius has the third lowest winrate among tops. That means he is 49th. There are 48 other top laners with higher winrates.

And now you look at his ban rate. Players only pick him when he's open because he's open not because they know how to play with him. Darius is indeed OP but he has a 91% ban rate(92% rounding up).

why do everyone come up with this stupid argument lol.

people ban him out of habit and because they do not know what is ban worthy anymore it will eventually drop just like when yasuo stopped being op and had the lowest winrate out of all champ it took them 1 months to realize it and stop banning him.

with the pre season and marksman update coming in darius banrate will quicky drop.

Also Champion GG takes ONLY Platinum ranks to Challenger. Nothing lower. Bronze to Gold are inexperienced to average player which is where Darius is having the most success since you have to agree average players will make mistakes when fighting Darius.

his winrate is pretty much the same in bronze-gold too

or just remove the heal completely, it was unnecessary for them to add it, they are just over loading his kit and making it even harder to balance him.

Totally agree, his passive is already basically an ignite that stacks, that amplifies his ult on top of his pull and being able to build straight tank while doing tons of dmg he doesn't need the heal

its not working against all of them. the maximum number of champions that trigger the heal is 3. which wis very rare to get 3 people caught in it.

it used to be 15% per champion and max out against 2 people. changing it to the current mechanic was a nerf to his 1v1 and teamfighting.

ok, but who gives a shit about these ratings? these guys need to learn how to play. the game isnt supposed to bend around them. thats backwards balancing.

riot did state apparantly, that theyre balancing the game around plat and upwards as a compromise which makes sense. so championgg only takes relevant data into account.
