Nerf to Challenging Smite

Honestly, seeing as how certain champs (ex: Warwick, udyr, etc) i've noticed that being able to smite a champion for true damage for a few seconds is a bit overwhelming for every single champ that cant withstand taking pure true damage to the face for 6 seconds. my thought is with the challenging smite being so strong on these junglers, why not take the edge off a bit, maybe nerf the damage the smite does to monsters since u can even out the damage with damage to champs. being able to 100-0 the other jungler is a bit tough but also having an equal smite to them so u can contest all the objectives on-top of having another damage source is a bit over the top. any ideas?
