Fiora Needs a Nerf!

I feel Fiora needs a nerf due to the simple fact of conqueror adds to an ez top lane for her, especially when you're playing a melee champ like Darius/Garen, Ornnm Riven, the list goes on, Fiora's passive true dmg with Conqueror makes her broken early game, that once she has black cleaver, you can kiss you're thornmail *** good bye, due to the shred factor.

This is my thought and experiance, would like to see if others agree, or disagree, and why?
