Rioters are not going to comment on everything, but they will read a lot of the posts on the boards.
That being said, yours was removed for being in the incorrect board. You describe and even admit intentional feeding; therefore your post belongs in player behavior, as was mentioned in your removal.
What was also mentioned is that you say this is your account, so just post on the boards using that account; otherwise, it appears as if it'd be naming in shaming.
Riot usually has no interactions with moderation here, the Boards are entirely community run.
If you follow the Boards Universal Rules you should have no problem keeping your post from being deleted.
If you'd like to talk to riot, use a ticket or the live chat feature. The boards are for community discussion.

You are clearly very distraught from the past like 3 posts, one of which got removed. Just stop wasting yours and everyone else's time and with posts like this. It is extremely unlikely that any Riot employee will look at this let alone comment on and give an explanation about whatever you're crying about
