Im ok with the runes refound cost (not 1:1) but at least can we choose the epic skins !?

Hello guys All i want to say is i have been always with any move riot take because im always sure that all what they need is to make us happy that means we will play there games more and that will make there game better and better (my opinion, you can agree or disagree) So all i wanted to say is why cant we choose the epic skin ? its make more since i mean i purchased these pages by my free well so i also need to get the skins i need by my full free well also even if i wont get the 1:1 out of it, its ok but choosing the skins will make it more fair for me I dont know exactly how can they do it they can make a store for the epic skins for who like me who did spend RP for runes pages or refound like 1300 RP for the 4 pages i dont know what they should do but i think this is way it should be this will make all the players happy ( on my opinion) Thanks
