Promo series failed after 1 loss
Hi, i was in a promo game, and i had a free win, for some reason, i got a troll in game and i lost the game, but worse was i was unsuccessful in my series. can anyone tell me why?

Maybe you accidentally dodged once while in series. If you dodge a game while in series you automatically lose. It's to ensure you have to suffer and try to win if you get stuck with a inter or rager. That way you tilt your next game and end up losing your series. :-)
