Issue with Taunts and Jokes. Also same themed skins notifications.

There's an issue I find with the game I've been wanting to share for a while. It has to do with players being in synch. On the same page. I find pleasing the idea of knowing others are watching what I am doing in real time. Being that with my gameplay, the chat, or when I spam the dance emote. I also like to see and hear the things I do, at the same time others do. But there is a problem with that regarding the sounds of the Taunt, Joke, and Laugh emotes. Very often this would happen: I am walking in lane, in front of my enemy, constantly clicking to walk. And then I would press Ctrl+1, Ctrl+2, or Ctrl+4, but just before I am about to press it, my character decides he is going to talk. You know, those lines that sometimes activate when giving the walk or attack commands. So the end result is that my enemy will hear my champion say: "You deny the darkness in your soul! You deny your power!", but I will hear him say: "I am evil, stop laughing!". I think it is important to be able to hear myself the emotes I send my teammates or my enemies. I don't know if more people feel like this is a thing that should be addressed. Maybe you consider that interrupting a movement or attacking quote in the middle of it would sound too bad. But I wouldn't mind. I prefer to be on the same page as the rest of the players. If I get a pentakill with minignar, and I give the command to use his cute and somewhat annoying laugh while standing on the corpses of my enemies, I want to hear him laugh, not randomly say "Oga manni maxa!". The thing is other players do hear him laugh, so it even kinda makes me feel I didn't took part on something everybody else did.

There's another issue I wanted to mention. It's something I think would make the game even better. We are all aware that there exist same themes for various champion skins. Like the pentakill guys, the heartseeker/sweetheart, battlecast, goths, and so on. But we never know when a teammate of ours owns a skin of a same theme with my selected champion skins. Like I'm in champion select, and I choose Ashe bot. Annie is my support. I decide I want to use Sherwood Forest Ashe for this game. Then the game starts and I realize Annie is using a Sweetheart Annie skin, and I go: "Fuck! I should have selected my Heartseeker skin! we would look so cute together!". I think it would be so cool if you could create a function in champion select that notifies you if your selected champion shares a skin theme with another teammate's selected champion. And then after we are notified, we could decide if we both use it or not. Maybe sometimes even 3 people could end up having shared theme skins on their selected champs. I think a function like that could really benefit the community. Maybe just a notification to your teammates of what skin you have selected. Because I wouldn't want to be pressured either to use a skin just because they share a theme. By just seeing the skin someone has selected, you can decide if you use a same theme skin or not, without them knowing you have it.
