Last game of ranked, in Silver V, my rank, I met a player that was smurfing from D4, on other acc,and he was chogath top and ruined our game. He got fed like ...... and 5000 hp , one shotter. That is not fair.Please just see if someone creates other account on the same device or ip. omg that was so annoying, I lost just because of an unfair system.just solve it somehow.

Smurfs produce some short term random noise in your rank climbing, but are ultimately going to have an insignificant impact on your rank (assuming you're not duoing with one to get boosted) since you'll still be able to maintain a >50% winrate when below your 'true' rank (as in some sense, you are a 'smurf' from a higher elo if you're not already where you 'belong', if your skills really are at a higher level despite not having an account there).
