Does anyone feel like ranked is broken

So for awhile now I've been I. Bronze 5 I fought my way to bronze 3 and was in promos which is hard in solo but here is my problem as soon as I left b5 my lp awarded for win got cut in half and my loss penalty stayed high I was averaging 20 to 22 per win in b5 then in b4 it was 13 for win yet my loss is negative 23 how is that fair/possible it's tough enough to deal with disconnected players and people who can't play but that's outrageous and now I'm back to b4 because every match my team apparently has never played their Champs before and that's not being dramatic every game there are at lest 2 to 3 ppl who are learning Champs like wth. I'm so tired of out playing opponents and my team forfeiting cause they fed.

Nothing to fix here. I used to think the same way, but now I realize how easy it is to carry in Bronze. Seriously, you cannot expect your team to do things, which is why you have to take the lead and direct objectives/pings/etc. You have to tell your team to group, decide when is the best time to go for objectives, etc. And remember, flaming doesn't help anyone, it only makes the game worse for you and your team.
