Well prehapes you were adc and in teamfight zed come and ult you he auto you then flash e, and r agian. What is so sad is that you cant do any thing to stop it ! Before when QSS can still remove death mark，atleast adc have a chance to live！ #adc in 2017 
It needed that nerf. It wasnt just countering zed. It would counter fizz ult, fiora ult, trundle ult etc. in terms of trundle, tanks would end up building it just to cleanse it. It was too cost efficient at that time.

You might have to tell your support to hold their exhaust for Zed unless they REALLY need to use it... and maybe your heal as well...
When your support's exhaust is down, Zed's ult deals less damage. Understand HOW Zed's ult works. It deals damage on the {POP!} based on the damage that he's allowed to inflict on you once he applies the mark on you. If you can deny that damage via 
or just ing out away from it, you might just walk out alive.
I'm not sure how good against a Zed ult is, though! It doesn't DENY his damage. It just heals against it, so his ult might still deal decent damage on pop. Just you have a bigger health buffer? A Kayle ult or Taric ult (from an actually decent Taric that can time it well like me! :D) can make his ult (and him) effectively useless and turn his all-in against him.
