so here i am since lvl 14 gettin into games with golds and silver players with full rune pages and mastery pages. now why would riot allow such unfair game play and then expect a player to not get tilted

if you play with premade, you are more likely to find these players in your games.

95% of the time i do not play with premade but im sure i get q up with them for some reason. there really needs to be a change to the match making system in that manner. ty for your timely response Daenrys targaryen

If you go in a premade, you'll be matched based on your average mmr. Your own mmr is likely to be very low as a genuinely new player, but if it's a smurf account it'll likely be relatively high (the system pretty good at recognising smurfs, and besides your mmr is very sensitive in your first bunch of games which you'd stomp if you already know even just the basics).

Assuming you're a genuinely new player, then if you happen to win one of those premade games, your mmr can take a pretty big jump, since your mmr gains/losses depend on the mmr of those in your game, so if you win a game with/against level 30's, then it knows you can handle them. Since that mmr sticks with you, when you then turn around and play solo, you'd continue to face 30s. If it turns out you can't handle that, your mmr will eventually fall back down to lower mmr'd opponents (be it lower ranked 30's or sub 30s), and continue until you have around a 50% winrate.

Level matching isn't necessarily fair compared to skill matching which is why they don't enforce that in matchmaking, as a diamond smurf at level 10 is pretty much always still going to run circles around a silver player at level 30.
