Draft Pick Enhancement

Add some noise that is distinguishable when it is your turn to pick or ban in the queue. The number of times I'm looking away and miss it because there is nothing distinguishing my pick from someone else's is just too many. It's a simple addition to the client that will prevent several accidental dodges
